On the 9th of April 2016 CareerAid partnered with NovusCapitas to facilitate a Stakeholders Careers Convention aimed at housing organisations and individuals who are concerned with career guidance and planning under one roof, to engage in and discuss issues that have not been given enough attention and then to come up with possible solutions to these issues.
The main objective of the convention was to highlight the importance of career guidance and planning in Zimbabwe as well as find points of entry from which we can influence career guidance and planning reform at various levels.
